We collect

Phone number – to identify you in our App;

Geo-location – to locate nearest power stations;

Payment information (Cardholder name + Card number + Date of expiry + CVV) (these information collected by Paytabs  to facilitate payment gateway)

We use Google Maps to provide certain features of the Services. When you use such features of our Services, Google may collect information from you, such as search terms and your general and precise location (latitude/longitude coordinates) through your IP address, GPS, WiFi, device sensors, mobile networks, and mobile/cell triangulation (see https://policies.google.com/technologies/location-data). Google’s use of your personal information is covered under the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

How do we collect data?

You voluntarily provide us with the abovementioned data in the process of registration for our services. We will also ask your permission to use your device’s geo-location data.

The registration process provides you with the ability to establish an account through Short Message Service (SMS) text messaging, which allows you to gain access to certain areas of the Website and App that are accessible only to registered users. By becoming a registered user, you consent to receive an SMS text message from us as part of the registration process.

It is important that the Personal Data we hold about you is accurate and current.

We generally only permit our duly authorized staff or contractors to access your personal data, and we will not transfer such personal data to any third parties except for the following circumstances:

Our App is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your use as safe as possible. Payment information is stored encrypted. We believe we use reasonable administrative, logical, physical, and managerial measures to safeguard your Personal Data against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, and modification. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

Paytabs payment gateway will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties’’

Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted

This Policy shall be subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

For any dispute that you may have with Company, you agree to first contact us via our email [[email protected]] or WhatsApp/call at +201007499191 and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not solved by negotiation, you agree to try to resolve it in the arbitral procedure.
